Improved Guest characters. Improved character creation default appearances. Added Samurai Helmet and Ninja Hood as appearance items.

Master Medal can only be obtained by ranking a custom character up to MASTER rank now. Also fixed the scoreboard that displays on the loading screen. Guest characters now use only helmets and custom characters now only default at using faces. You can still customize the custom characters to use any unlocked head piece.

Also remember that only custom characters retain their levels. If you want Stronger x30 or higher medals you will need to use custom characters.

Dukker Tournament was updated with a fast forward button, medals and a scoreboard.
